Chef Jedidiah

Founder & Head Chef

Chef Jedidiah graduated from At-Sunrice Global Chef Academy with a Diploma in Culinary Art.

Other than curating culinary experiences through That Chef Couple, a private dining service he co-founded with his wife, Lynette, he has also worked with Capri by Fraser, Duomo Ristorante, Tapas 24, Canchita, and Burgers and Lobsters, just to name a few.

Jedidiah is also a former civil servant and an educator with a Masters in Educational Studies from the University of Queensland. His other qualifications include a Bachelor in Business Studies (Banking) with Nanyang Technological University.

He also holds the certificates for both WSQ Food Safety Levels 1 and 3.

Chef Lynette

Co-founder & Pastry Chef

Chef Lynette is a pastry chef with a Diploma in Pastry and Baking from At-Sunrice Global Chef Academy.

In addition to her online bakery business with That Chef Couple, Lynette, her past experiences include being a pastry chef with Shangri-La, Fico, and an instructor at ABC Cooking Studio.

Lynette's also a media professional with diverse event hosting experiences and a DJ with OneFM913 at SPH Radio.

She has an Honours Degree (Journalism and Communications) with the University of Queensland and holds the certificate for WSQ Food Safety Level 1.
